AI Jiten (AIじてん, referred to below as “this site”) has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it handles information about its users. This page reflects the features currently provided by this site. If advertising or other services are introduced in the future, this page will be updated with the information collected and the purposes for which it is used.
Basic policy
This site limits the information it collects to what is necessary for operating the site, clearly states the purposes of use, and manages that information appropriately.
Site operator and contact
This site is operated by Dai Otani (大谷大). Questions about this policy or the handling of information on this site can be sent through the operator’s X account (@delaymania). Please do not include personal information such as your name or contact details in a public post.
Information collected
The following information may be recorded in server logs for site maintenance, protection against unauthorized access, troubleshooting, and usage analysis:
- IP address
- Date and time of access and pages viewed
- Browser, operating system, device, and related information
- Referring URL
This site does not provide user registration, public comments, or a contact form for general visitors. It therefore does not collect names, email addresses, or similar information through those features.

Information entered into browser-based tools
Tools provided by this site, including “Check Before You Paste into AI” and the “AI Instruction Builder,” do not send or save entered text or generated results to this site’s server. Processing takes place entirely in the user’s browser, and the tools are designed not to store the content in cookies or Web Storage.
Once text created with these tools is pasted into an external service such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or Suno, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. Before sending anything, users should also check that it does not contain personal or confidential information.
Cookies
This site uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement ID> for Google Analytics 4. These cookies distinguish users and sessions and help aggregate information about how the site is used.
Cookies can be disabled or deleted in the browser settings. The site operator may also receive WordPress cookies that preserve login status and display preferences when signed in to the administration area. Providers of embedded external content may use their own cookies.
Google Fonts
This site uses Google Fonts to display part of its logo. Google Fonts does not itself set cookies, but loading a font sends information such as the IP address, requested URL, browser information (User-Agent), and referring URL to Google. Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand usage and improve its content and usability. GA4 collects information including pages viewed, access times, user and session counts, referrers, browser and device information, and approximate location.
Google states that it uses IP addresses for purposes such as deriving approximate location and discards them before logging the data in its data centers and servers. This site does not use GA4 reports to identify individuals. Visits by signed-in users with editing privileges are excluded from measurement through the site theme’s settings.

Advertising and affiliate programs
This site currently does not use advertising delivery services or affiliate programs. If they are introduced in the future, this page will be updated with the services used and how information is handled.

Articles may include posts, videos, or links from external services such as X and YouTube. When external content is displayed or used, its provider may collect information about the user. Please consult each provider’s privacy policy for the information collected and its purposes.
This site is not responsible for how information is handled after a user leaves this site for an external website.
Disclosure to third parties
This site does not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except when required by law or when necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property.
Information management and retention
This site takes reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and alteration. Server logs and similar information are retained only for as long as necessary for maintenance and security, then deleted or overwritten in accordance with the hosting provider’s operating policy. Complete security of communications or storage over the internet cannot, however, be guaranteed.
Requests for access, correction, or deletion
Users who wish to request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of their personal information held by this site may contact the operator using the method above. After confirming the requester’s identity, the site will respond within a reasonable scope and in accordance with applicable law. It may not be possible to respond to requests concerning server logs or other information that cannot identify the individual.
